Vitality Art Developer Peroxide, Vitality’s peroxide developer is mixed with Art Absolute professional hair colour to activate the colour, different effects and levels of tone are determined by the strength of the developer, please read the instructions carefully on your hair colour to match the correct level of developer with your hair colour, please note Vitality’s Developer is a thicker creamy formulation and is available in 10 vol (3%), 20 vol (6%), 30 vol (9%) and 40 vol (12%), please use the drop down box to choose your developer.
