Deco Dust Free Hand Bleach 400g

A white powder bleach which is enriched with complex oil conditioning agents that protect the keratin of the hair with extreme performance respecting the hair to the utmost. An ammonia-free formula creates a mixture that is particularly suitable for soft lightening, on any type of hair, making it an extremely gentle bleaching powder.

Thanks to its specific components, when the powder and activator are mixed, it is ideal for all freehand techniques. With complex oil & Keratin protection and nourishment for hair when bleaching. No fragrances have been used to make it even more gentle and kind to people who are sensitive to these products.

A blue powder bleach which is a very versatile bleaching powder, suitable for all bleaching techniques.
